We provide comfort bags, encouragement, and foster connections during hospital stays. Our mission is to bring solace to those in need, raise awareness about congenital heart disease, and create a nurturing community.
HeartStay Bags
The Heart Connection provides HeartStay Bags to adults with congenital heart disease during hospital stays. Each bag includes practical essentials and comforting items such as personal care products, cozy hospital-friendly items, and a heartfelt note of encouragement.
These bags are designed specifically with adults in mind, recognizing the emotional, physical, and mental toll that hospital stays can take on adult CHD patients.

Every shirt purchased through The Heart Connection helps fund a HeartStay Bag for an adult living with congenital heart disease. Your support provides comfort items, encouragement, and a reminder that adult CHD patients are not forgotten.
